We lived at the Mason Williams for 5 years and had a great experience! Avin, the property manager, is extremely kind, professional, and attentive to her residents! She knows people by name. Every maintenance issue we had was promptly addressed. Move in & out was extremely easy; Avin even helped coordinate a moving & cleaning company for us to make the process even easier. Great location next to restaurants, coffee shops, and a bus line. Would definitely recommend living here!
Cannot say enough good things about living here!!! We absolutely loved it. The location was perfect. The building is well maintained. The property manager, Avin is so great and so on top of everything. I never had any packages stolen, and once when my package was delivered across the street to another apartment building, Avin went and got it for me. Working with Avin, the apartment manager, has redeemed my faith in renting. She's unbelievably professional; prompt, courteous, a great communicator, clear, and fair. I lived at the Mason Williams for a year, as I was transitioning between house sale and purchase, and it was a great experience. She was super helpful during tours, patient with me as I decided what to do, and speedy and helpful during signing. I loved living at the Mason Williams! Avin was an excellent property manager. She was always so attentive and made such a big effort to know all of the residents and show genuine interest in them. The maintenance team on site was great and all requests were promptly addressed. The apartment itself was well-maintained and felt very modern. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others!
I absolutely loved living in this apartment building! Avin the property manager is a wonderful human who was kind, attentive, and personable. Any issues we had with the appliances or anything else in the apartment was dealt with quickly by the rest of the staff.
