I lived here for about 5 years. When Avin became the manager, communication and overall upkeep of the complex became seamless. I really enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe apartment in Portland.
The Mason Williams is a great place to enjoy the city life experience! It has an excellent location, and the apartments are very spacious and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and professional, always willing to help when needed. Special thanks to Avin, the property manager, who was very kind and supportive during the time I lived there.
There are many great apartment communities on Williams or the surrounding streets. The reason I recommend the MW above the others comes down to one reason. The apartment manager. Avin Marr was a pleasure to work with from the moment she showed us the apartment, throughout our stay and sadly as we moved on. She has the impossible task of making two communities run like well oiled machines. Now that I own a home, I really appreciate the care and time that Avin put into managing the MW. I wish she could manage my current home.
I can't say enough good things about Avin Marr, the property manager on site. She's responsive, effective, courteous, professional and lots of fun too. I've never had a better landlord. The best! Mason Williams apts are great too! We bought a house otherwise we would never have moved!
