I lived at The Mason Williams for 5 years and it will truly be missed! Any maintenance requests I had over the years were handled super fast & easy. Avin is a wonderful property manager. She is super helpful, responds quickly, and was kind enough to retrieve packages for me when I was traveling.
Lived at MW for a year while enjoying our first grandchild nearby. Resided in a one-bedroom that overlooked Williams Avenue. The setting was quite peaceful while close to restaurants, parks, bus lines, and the aromas of food and weed. The property manager was very responsive and helpful, a most positive presence in the community. We were pleased to call MW home for the year.
This apartment was the best I've ever had, lived there for 6 years and never once heard my neighbors, property manager avin was incredible and helped me out many times over the years and was very welcoming to any questions or anything I ever had, can't recommend this place enough!
One of the best experiences renting an apartment in the Portland Metro Area, Avin Marr and her team at The Mason Williams are friendly, and kind. Lived here for three years, and service requests, questions, and more were handled professionally. Avin is a warm individual and made living there more than enjoyable, really helped us fit in the neighborhood!
Absolutely amazing experience living here the last two years. Avin is the best apartment manager, she is incredibly responsive, helpful, and available. We are only leaving due to buying a home. I can not stress enough this has been the best apartment living situation I’ve ever experienced! In addition, Noland and Juan were so quick at any repairs needing done and were so nice as well.
