Working with Avin, the apartment manager, has redeemed my faith in renting. She's unbelievably professional; prompt, courteous, a great communicator, clear, and fair. I lived at the Mason Williams for a year, as I was transitioning between house sale and purchase, and it was a great experience. She was super helpful during tours, patient with me as I decided what to do, and speedy and helpful during signing. I loved living at the Mason Williams! Avin was an excellent property manager. She was always so attentive and made such a big effort to know all of the residents and show genuine interest in them. The maintenance team on site was great and all requests were promptly addressed. The apartment itself was well-maintained and felt very modern. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others!

I absolutely loved living in this apartment building! Avin the property manager is a wonderful human who was kind, attentive, and personable. Any issues we had with the appliances or anything else in the apartment was dealt with quickly by the rest of the staff.

Hands down the best apartment I have ever lived in. Avin, the property manager, was amazing. She was also so kind, helpful, and professional. She truly cares about the resident. The Maintenance team here was incredible as well. They were so fast and did great work. Work orders were always addressed in a timely manner. I lived there for 5 years and cannot say enough good things. Avin and team are amazing and very quick to help on maintenance. I felt it was always kept clean, and great security. The walkability is amazing and is so close to many great food and drinks options. I would recommend this place to anyone, prices were fair.
