The Mash Tun was opened in 2005 by avid home brewer and neighborhood resident Christian Bravard. While living in the changing and ever growing Alberta Arts District, he saw an opportunity to combine his love of brewing with his many years experience in the restaurant industry to provide a friendly, comfortable place for locals to gather and enjoy great food and beer.
