My wife received an offer a month ago and Teresa Gomez still has not closed out our case, given us an update, or called my wife back. I left a voicemail earlier today but this is unprofessional. The chiropractor this firm recommended for my wife was one of the worst and actually did more damage to my wife’s back and prolonged the amount of time needed to recover. I had a horrible experience with this law firm. When I got into an accident in 2022, the person assigned to my case was Vanessa, and she was horribly inattentive. She never properly communicated any information to me regarding my case. I ended up having to call the other party's insurance myself because she did nothing. I would consistently ask her to send me specific information and answers to my questions, but she never did.
