i wouldn't even give this company a 1 star! I will never ever work with Tom again! My husband and i applied for a house to rent in cedarburg. I asked Tom to bring the price down if i signed a long term lease and did the snow/lawn care. He agreed to $1800. So my husband and i put in an app on Friday 7/5/19 . I contacted Tom on Monday 7/8/19 to find out if we had been approved or not. Tom emailed be back Tuesday 7/9/19 stating "app came back good. Need to make a couple calls.
