I wanted to share my experience with The Marshall Group, specifically with Peyton Burchell. Peyton and I met and decided he would represent me in buying a new home, several days went by and I had not heard from Peyton. I sent him a text asking if he was searching for new homes on my behalf. He responded that I should stick with my original realtor. I don't know of any realtor who would pass up representing a buyer in $660,000 plus purchase.
