Rooms was just the best staff ready to clean food little pricy as well as the beer. Over all pleasure to have stayed in the courtyard.
We travel a lot and like to get on the road early in the morning. My husband always goes down to the lobby for acceptable coffee. The coffee supplied in the room is a joke!! This morning as usual he went to get a couple cups of coffee and was told they won't be putting it out until 6:30 even tho it was ready! So we had to make in room crap, but the coffee pot already had a used, old coffee pack in it. Yuk!! Needless to say people who travel want coffee in the morning!! They weren't very nice when he asked in the lobby!!!
Pésima experiencia!!!! NOS ROBARON!!!!! Se nos quedaron 4 parkas en los closet, dejamos el Hotel a las 2:15 pm. y mi marido regreso por ellas a las 6:00 pm. desde Santa Barbara. Nadie las tenia, no estaban, nadie colaboro y pusieron en duda que nosotros las hubiéramos dejado ahí. Muy mala experiencia en USA ROBAN!!!!
Very nice clean and staff were very friendly ... but don't order mix drinks at the bar if you don't want pay high prices water down drinks ... that the only down fall I found..
Great staff. Felt like I was at home. Food was great. Will stay there, every time I'm in SLO.
Great experience overall. No complaints. Staff was very nice.
