This is not a good place to live. When you first move here it seems nice until you learn a little more about the management. I have lived at The Berkeley and unfortunately my experience has been very frustrating due to ongoing maintenance and management issues. We went over a month without reliable hot water because our boiler was not working properly. Maintenance repeatedly provided temporary fixes instead of resolving the actual problem, which meant there were multiple days where I could not even shower while still paying full rent.
