There's an elevator, but it is out of commission. There were dead bugs in the corners of the hallways. The computer center had old Dell computers and an outdated printer. The leasing agent wrote-in a higher amount for pet rent -- from $20 to $25. The model unit was staged nicely but the appliances are outdated -- no stainless steel. This is outrageous the apartment complex won’t fix this problem it has been over a week. And no maintenance have came to fix the problem have to call days off of work to clean the apartment water. The damages in kids room from the water is having problems. And in the bathroom itself nobody can use in case the ceiling collapse. My niece is already developing allergic reaction and respiratory issues. They need a new property manager.
I love all the updates of my new apartment. its beautiful. But what really keeps me here is the care and attentiveness of the staff. The community is great. The amenities are amazing as well. The maintenance crew is super friendly and takes care of request in a timely manner. I love the little events they do for the community. Its conveniently located near everything you need. Its a great place to live.

Currently been living here for 5+ years. Been through at least 3 different managements, yet they have all been the same. Firstly, don’t even try to put in a work order. I have black mold in my closet from upstairs neighbors leakage, yet the only thing they did to “repair” the damage was paint the wall. That is unacceptable. Black mold can be DEADLY. So to “help” with the problem, I had to put a separate dresser just so I don’t have black mold on my clothes. The closet has a horrible humid smell that spreads through the room.... read more
