I appreciate the service at the Berkeley. From day one Nikki, Amanda and Gloria have all been so helpful. Not to mention the maintenance crew always handle my work orders in a timely manner and I appreciate that from this community!
Leasing personnel amazing. Maintenance.. unresponsive to several requests prior to my move in. No AC while record high temperature in GA. DAY ONE NOT LOOKING GOOD!
This complex is terrible noisy people check your neighbors before considering renting here they are out of control drinking and smoking on the terrace smell weed and play loud music outside the pool area all the time they party until 2 am you got to call the police to kick them out
