Best Place To Live! I love living here! I couldn't recommend it enough for it's walkability, great amenities, and awesome office staff!
YOU SHOULD LIVE HERE 10/10 couldn't recommend the Marq enough! I absolutely loved living here and I'm honestly so sad to leave. The location is perfect if you love living in a downtown setting but don't want to be on top of the bars. It's close to literally everything you need, walkable to the 7th street bars, always clean, the girls in the office are always so nice and know everyone by name. A Great Place To Live I’d honestly give the Marq a 10/10 rating. I’m going to list some of my favorite things about it below. 1. The staff is super friendly, they make an effort to know your name and are always happy to help with any problem 2. Super secure, there’s a night guard, gated parking, and key fob required entry so you can’t get anywhere in the building without one. 3. I’ve lived at the property since it opened in 2013, and have enjoyed every day. It’s an awesome property in an awesome location, safe and secure, and the CWS management staff has been great..! It’s a property that targets professional and mature residents. I’m very familiar with the area and other properties out there and I’ve chosen to stay here for years. That should say something. Keep up the good work!
Dealing with Ashley both on the phone and in person was a pleasure. She, Starr and Marlaina made us feel welcome the moment we set foot on the property. Couldn't ask for a more professional and outgoing management team. The hallways are clean, enclosed and temperature controlled. Can't get anywhere in building without key fob, including using the elevators. Feeling this safe is very important to us. All indoor public areas smell clean including the exercise room. Location on West 7th is unmatched. Big thumbs up!
Great and prompt staff, grounds crew, and facilities. New management has been excellent and willing to help with anything you may need. Facilities are upscale and you can't beat the location. Quite and chill residents, too!
