So irritated at this apartment complex. I tried to get approved to live here and paid $255 to apply. The girl that was going to live with me ended up not making enough money for us to move in (even though on my end, I could afford it) so after we got denied, I was told I could not be refunded the full amount and because the girl that was trying to sign with me did not pay her application fee. Worst apartment complex I've lived in. Parking is a mess (unless you like to walk a lot), gate in always broken, had break-in attempts in apartment and car, maintenance took 3 tries to patch a hole that they made and still painted the wall the wrong color, never have doggy bags available, speed bumps are horrible (mainly at the gate), I could go on. I was ready to move out 2 months into my 13 month lease.
The Marq at Brookhaven is an amazing place to live. And not just because of the apartments. The people are amazing. Cody in the main office is a great person, remembers who you are, and keeps track of what's going on when you tell him about your life. Everyone else in the office is also awesome and nice. Lee and Jefferson in maintenance are probably two of the greatest and most helpful human beings you will EVER meet.
