We moved in July 13th and immediately noticed that if we run the dishwasher it leaks under the kitchen cabinet. The master bedroom sink links as well and our ice machine does not work. We’ve put in maintenance work orders and have been lied to repeatedly on when these things will be fixed. Also our AC has been leaking for a week and we were told it’s not an emergency? RecommendedThe best neighborhood in Brookhaven!!! They also have the Best leasing agents. Dontaveous Sargent was there every step of the way of during leasing process. He even answered the phone and stayed after hours to help me out. Thanks again Don! I would recommend any and everyone to live here.

I will runaway from this apartment complex. I’ve lived here for 3 years now and it has gone down the drain. I have water leaking from the ceiling into the tub. This has been happening for months and long before the pandemic so that can’t be used as an excuse. I have submitted over 10 service request. They’ll come in while I’m at work, dirty the tub and the ceiling and not fix the problem. This is not an exaggeration!!! STAY AWAY. My lease expires in a few months and there is no way I am renewing.

Great Management Staff - Jae is one of the best in the business. He is extremely quick to respond to issues and is very helpful. Would highly recommend living here.
Crazy move out fees. They charged me $450 because the carpet looked flat and because of that they needed to replace it.
Love it here.. Office personnel are great. Nice to live here
