I never write reviews, but I feel like I had to for The Marq. I moved in 2 years ago when I started at Marquette Dental School when the Marq was still privately owned. Upon Marquette University’s purchase of the complex, the quality of the living in the building has decreased dramatically. Many of the convenient exits have been converted to emergency fire exits only, the convenient store was stripped down to 2 vending machines, public trash bins on each floor and the lobby have been removed, and now the parking garage is con... read more

The student workers refuse to actually work and treat you as a total inconvenience any time you have a question, I lived there for a year and they continually refused to give me a copy of my lease claiming there's no reason why I should need it, they refused to respond to noise complaints, they decided to repave the parking lot and had everyone leave the lot for what was suppose to be 2 days which turned into almost a week and compensated less than half of what it cost to park in public parking during that time, I was also p... read more
