It's the worst apartment to move in downtown Houston. The water is on and off, often there is a burst in the pipe and it takes a few hours to days to restore the water. A small pour of rain and you will expect an Electricity outage. They're charging for regular Pest Control, However, in just a few days cockroaches are everywhere again in the unit, they are coming out from the pipes or AC Vents.
