It's the worst apartment to move in downtown Houston. The water is on and off, often there is a burst in the pipe and it takes a few hours to days to restore the water. A small pour of rain and you will expect an Electricity outage. They're charging for regular Pest Control, However, in just a few days cockroaches are everywhere again in the unit, they are coming out from the pipes or AC Vents. The worst experience we had with the management was during the Hurricane. There were 4 days without Electricity and water. We never ... read more
