Let me just say if there was the ability to provide a negative number they would have earned a negative (5). I have been having many issues with this complex from lying about maintenance repair, to moving in a dirty apartment, and to harassment/ discrimination. The current office personnel are in a mindset of the tenants do not have any rights and treat them with disrespect. I promise you can go to any tenant and they would agree. I am trying to request my administration fees back from the complex. They did not hold up their end of the agreement and I have pictures to prove it. It feels like a scam to applicants. They gave me a move in date for a unit but avoided me on the move in date. I was finally told it was not available that evening and was offered a unit that they said was move in ready however was not. They said they would have it ready the next day but dis not. I've applied for a unit recently and have yet to receive a denial letter. I go on their website to check my status and I'm locked out and the apartment I applied for is now back on the market and set at a higher price than what I was quoted. I need answers on why I was denied for their property and approve for there sister property

Paid my April rent and lease done by 5/2/22. Went there today and my vacuum and Cox modem gone! Still waiting for a call from the manager! The worst apartment and property management!

I haven't encountered one nice employee from the Marlow apartments since the new management team came in. All the women are very very rude. Don't know what's going on with maintenance they never get their work done and nothing ever gets done when you put in your maintenance request and not even when it's an emergency when you're having a flood from the people upstairs water.
