I truly feel like we lucked out in finding Hollie and Nathan. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, straightforward, and dedicated. It's no small feat navigating the current market, and this team had us into our dream home in under two months from our introductory call to closing. I would recommend them to anyone I know in a heartbeat, and they will be our first call if we are ever looking to buy or sell again!
I do not know where to begin.. Hollie and Nathan are amazing, knowledgeable, fantastic and know what they are doing. Buying a home when the market is crazy, is very stressful, scary, and at times frustrating. These two people know the business. They brought positivity and understanding each occasion we met. They are attentive to your wants and needs. Do I recommend them? ABSOLUTELY!!! I am grateful they went on our journey to homeownership with us. They were great from the first meeting. Walked us through the process, helped advise on getting the house ready to show and handled the open house weekend without any issues. When the offer we accepted bailed 6 days before closing (no fault of theirs), they were calm, helped us get the house ready to relist, used all their contacts to find a buyer. We bought our house in 2021 when the market was crazy. The Marlo team went above and beyond to get us the house we wanted. It took time, but like I said the market was crazy. They showed us every house we wanted to see, and kicked butt when we found the right one.
