Overall, it was a pleasant stay! The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and in a great location near Union Square. The room was a bit small and the A/C quite noisy, and we were missing towels on the second day — but aside from that, everything was fine. The real highlight was the front desk staff: Geo absolutely saved us when he let us change in the downstairs restrooms before our evening flight after a huge rainstorm, even though we had checked out earlier that morning.
