Wspaniały hotel, w samym centrum. Piękna architektura, ozdobne detale wykończenia, dobra restauracja ze świetną Lasagne i dobrym winem. Wspaniałą lokalizacja i przemiła obsługa, bardzo miły personel zarówno w recepcji jak i wśród obsługi hotelowej. Byłem bardzo zadowolony i polecam zwłaszcza za stosunek jakości do ceny i lokalizacji. Wonderful experience, location, and customer service!
Extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. Just a few hours after checking out, I realized that I had accidentally left two dresses hanging in the closet of our room. We contacted the hotel immediately, called several times, and even went back to the hotel in person. Despite reporting exactly what was missing and exactly where the dresses had been left, we were told they could not find them. l'hotel si trova in posizione abbastanza centrale vicino a Union Square, tuttavia pur essendo centro la sera è un po' malfrequentata. Camera pulita personale gentile. Ottimo il servizio di caffetteria offerto tutte le mattine. un ottimo compromesso per un breve soggiorno a San Francisco. Purtroppo il ristorante Tratto non fa onore all'hotel, ha prezzi alti e cibo di media qualità per gli italiani nonostante si qualifichi come italiano.
Great hotel. Charles is the best.
