Throughout the entire home-buying process Phil had our back, and was looking for flaws and problems only visible to the trained eye, and then took the time to explain the potential implications to us. Geoff and team Kim and Josh where excellent they kept me informed every step. From timelines and tasks to document signing. Geoff was very knowledgeable and excellent negotiator for me on my sale. Helped me get the place ready to sell and from staging to announcing sale. Provided guidance and support of resources. Always a timely response never let you hanging.
