We recently received an unsolicited package from this company addressed to the mother of my roommate who passed away. They used my home—his last known address—to send marketing materials targeting his grieving family. Not only is this incredibly insensitive, but it also shows a serious lack of research and professionalism. The house does not belong to my late roommate, and there was no reason for this company to involve his family in unsolicited advertising, especially during such a difficult time. What a horrible company. They like to target families who have suffered a recent loss. I do not like or condone this practice, especially if they show no goodwill to you or family while dealing with the loss. They only send a box for "condolences" and ask to sell your house. Despicable- pick a more tactful approach, rather then cold sending boxes to people.
