The Mark Charlesworth team did an excellent job selling our home! Shanti kept us informed and guided us through the process. We had a buyer pull out, so the team rallied and advised us on next steps. Shanti and Kelsey were attentive and prompt in updating on the events of listing, selling and closing. Negotiations were straightforward and the team was very supportive our direction. Closing was good, in the end the fees were higher than expected (we're out of state with sales tax) and the switch of title company had higher fees that previous transactions. Overall good experience!

We recently received an unsolicited package from this company addressed to the mother of my roommate who passed away. They used my home—his last known address—to send marketing materials targeting his grieving family. Not only is this incredibly insensitive, but it also shows a serious lack of research and professionalism.
