Working with Mark and his team was fantastic! They sold the house for my dad’s estate, and I’ve not dealt with selling a house before, but they were very patient with all my questions and were so knowledgeable and professional, it made the process much easier. They worked very quickly, and I was impressed with how friendly and professional they all were. The team will definitely be my first call when I get around to selling my own place one day. The Mark Charlesworth team is best I've ever worked with...Mark and Team sold my mother's home for a much higher price and terms than we expected. Mark's approach to my elderly mother's needs made the sale of her home smooth and seamless. I have known Mark and his team for several years. During that time, I worked with him as their attorney and observed how he and his team worked. I have referred clients to Mark. In one case, family members had a complicated dispute regarding a house. Eventually, we got the parties to agree to the sale of the property. Mark jumped in and got it sold at a great price and fast. Not every situation will be the same. I do know that Mark will be an advocate for his clients.

Edited and see photo I posted: I am not a realtor but after many failed attempts to get information about a property we gave up and my realtor shared what was in the private remarks section. The fact that this team responded to my review acknowledging what was in the private remarks shows that this is indeed their MO. Word to the wise, this realtor has the worst communication ever!
