New Team I am very satisfied with my apartment is a very beautiful area to live, do not belive everything they say a lot because it is not true. People comes from other places with its shamelessness and since they do not allow it they begin to discredit. comeand see for yourself. I love this place

The NEW TEAM AT THE LEASE OFFICE Don’t come to life here, especially don’t trust to these people they are the worst they sold you something that is NOT True the building have water problem, the AC you can’t feel it at the bedroom and the heater do not work work the cleaning is really bad when you walk With your dog you see trash all over and in Lee’s that 2 week almost 6 apartment just in my building broke the lease for the bad service that we are getting!! All of this happens after the new team came here

Community Love this community , nice staff from office and maintenance
Unique vibes and great location My apartment is adorable and perfect for my dog and I. The community is different from most places I have lived before, the layout is cool and it 100% gives it a unique vibe.
SO SO I have lived here for the last 8 months and I have had a so so experience. The community looks okay from the outside and the apartments look good but you can't avoid the smell of mold in the apartments. They have a hotel style A/C Unit that sometimes sits hard to circulate throughout the apartment so the first two weeks you have sweat a bit through the night to allow the apartment as whole to cool down. They don't have a gym that they promised. It has a washer and dryer that takes about 3 hours for you one loud of 10 i... read more
Good place for the price and location I have lived here for 1 year now and have been relatively satisfied. This apartment complex is a good place to live if you want to be close to downtown but not pay premium prices. Basically everything in the previous reviews (both the 5 star and the 1 star) is true, it is a matter of what you prioritize. In reality this place is somewhere in-between. Im renewing! ive lived here for 1 year (my renewal begins this month) and when i moved in, i was told there would be a gym. the gym is still being built but, the office recommended some local gyms for me to visit until then. i work a few minutes south of here so travel time is quick and i can go home to take my dog out on my lunch breaks. maintenance is quick, the office staff is nice and helpful, i really have no complaints! thank you mark at sodo for a great year and i cant wait for this one!

Do Not Live Here This is a warning for anyone who might wanna live here. DO NOT! I have lived here for six months and Im breaking my lease because this place does not have central AC. It makes your light &water bill almost $200 if you like it cool like me. The AC units don't make your bedroom cold even all the way at 61 degrees. All the apartments are different, I have a light switch in my dining room that doesn't even work. I had to buy a lamp just to see. The shower pressure is extremely low.
