I rented here from June 2024 - August 2025. I always paid rent on time, including the last two months through a special link provided by management. After I moved out, with no damages reported, I was told a payment was ‘missing’ and my security deposit was withheld. I have reached out multiple times by email and management does not answer the phone. We’ve been living with mold for weeks going on months. We’ve notified management and maintenance MULTIPLE times and they give us the run around and being told it’s not priority. It makes no sense due to it being a health risk. Unless you want to live with mold I would not move here, worst renters experience ever. I’ve gotten Savannah codes involved since management couldn’t care less.
If you do not read the entire review, take away this one piece of advice: do not waste your money living here. While a resident for a year and a half, I was met with maintenance issues, safety concerns, and an absolutely unprofessional on-sight management team. My issues ranged from not having AC for an extended period of time as well as other maintenance issues NOT taken seriously, being told “your safety isn’t my concern, you should call the authorities if you don’t feel safe” or something to that effect, and illogical ren... read more
Absolutely love the ladies and the pups! My friend lives here and every time I visit, they truly make it feel like home. So sweet and helpful and the dogs. Oh my gosh I cannot get over how much I love how dog friendly it is!! 🩷
