Harold Hughes Public î¢ î 46s I have lived in the Mark apartments since Nov. 1, 2016, and have nothing but High remarks for the staff. The front line people know their jobs and are easy to approach about any thing that you are concerned about. We are surrounded by the Van Dorn, King Street, Eisenhower and Braddock rd. Metro lines. We are about Three minutes from 395 and 495 with no problems getting to Duke stree and Landmark shopping centers. During my 3 months living at The Mark I have experienced not having electricity on multiple occasions (once for 5 days in a row). No running water on a few occasions. Chillers for air conditioning not working. I have witnessed the fire company rescuing people who are stuck in the elevator. Children running loose through hallways with no supervision. Hallways smell like dog and cat urine.
I'm a future tenant and I'm very disappointed in the customer service. I'm constantly getting the run around, no one returns calls, I've yet to receive my welcome letter and the apartment I'm renting is still listed on the website as available. If I didn't like the apartment so much I would rent elsewhere. Hopefully once I move in my experience will be better than it has thus far.
