I’m very satisfied with the service from this real estate agent. They were professional, responsive, and always ready to help. They understood my requirements well and showed me several good property options. The entire process, from searching to finalizing, was handled smoothly and efficiently. Their guidance made everything easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for property help.
I like Cindy as a person, but would never use them as a realtor again. No communication, I had to handle the majority (if not all) communications with the lawyers office during the closing, I had to constantly reach out to her for information, and not even a thank you or follow up message after receiving the closing date. I hope in the future her work reflects the large commission she took.
