If you and your family want to wake up at 4am every week to a fire alarm because of insulated pipes, this is the place for you. Management does not respond to emails and have not taken any action for the past 2 years to stop this from happening.
Kathy is great and very helpful! When I followed up about an apartment, she found exactly what I was looking for. She was really nice and patient, and she answered all my questions.
The building staff keep the building immaculate, they are so wonderful here to myself, my kids, and my visitors. I will miss living here!
I lived here for 3 years in two apts. It was fine and the location was good. The staff was responsive and everything was well kept. The rooftop was nice as well. However the bedrooms had ratty carpeting, the rest of the rooms had faux wood ie plastic floors and the appliances was cheap stainless steel the gym was an afterthought. You have other options now I hear so consider those as well The management of the building said they are removing carpeting in the bedroom and I was mistaken about the floors being vinyl as they are... read more
