I’m appalled on how this place has rules but never takes it seriously. Smoking of any kind is prohibited but building 300 smells like weeeed. Management sent multiple emails but still the same up to this date. If you have kids and if you’re pregnant avoid this place, some tenants just don’t care and smoke all the time. Also, a lot of poop everywhere, many dogs but I rarely see someone picking it up. Apartment is not soundproof, you can literally hear everyone. Extremely disappointed with my experience at The Margot. I canceled my lease application due to unforeseen circumstances and was told that, based on the promotion at the time, my deposit and application fees would be waived or refunded. It has now been over two months, and I still have not received my refund. Communication has been poor, and the delay is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property to think twice before applying.

I like it. Everything is good services, the apartment but I hate that’s the parking is not free. There is some free but not all of them.

First of all, if you live at the end of the hallway, expect to throw your own trash out like 30 times because Trash Fairies won't pick up your trash. Best resolution I got from the leasing office was "we'll email the trash company" every time. The building reeks of marijuana half of the time and pet urine because no one even bothers to clean after their own pets. Not to mention all the poop everywhere around the property.
