Beautiful property
We’ve lived at The Margot for a little over 2 years now and would like to share our experience for anyone considering: Apartments: We’ve had a 1-bed and 2-bed. Both floor plans are spacious, elevated, and have plenty of storage space. Trash Fairy is a great service. Lease Transfer: Mostly simple, didn’t cost us much and despite some damages we made when moving out, the checkout inspection wasn’t bad. I would like to send Big, thank you to the staff here at “The Margot” It has been a True pleasure working with Rachel and the office crew It has been a smooth transition. They have assisted me the whole way through and shout out to the maintenance crew The place is always clean and well kept!!! It’s been a pleasure I would definitely recommend.

I spoke with Kate earlier that day, applied online, paid the $300 fee, and told her exactly when I’d be arriving for a quick tour after work.
