The Margot apartments are absolutely stunning! The community is beautiful, modern, and so well-kept—I can’t wait to call this place home. From the very beginning, the experience has been amazing thanks to Kayleigh in the front office. She’s been incredibly helpful, kind, and always quick to respond to my questions. Her professionalism and warmth made the whole process so smooth and stress-free. I’m so excited to move in and be part of this wonderful community!
Love Kate, she is the sweetest ever. And she was one of the deciding factors as I've had negative experiences with leasing offices prior.
I moved here when the community first opened, hoping to save money and be in a better school district for my sons. While there are a few positives, I regret my decision overall. I am a current resident and will not be renewing my lease. Believe the negative reviews unfortunately, they are accurate. My touring to me living here is not the same experience. The walls and floors are so poorly built that I can hear everything from my neighbors. It’s not their fault; it’s the cheap construction being marketed as “luxury.” Losing sleep has become a regular part of living here.
