My apartment locator recommended that we tour this property, so I sent my boyfriend to take a look. Unfortunately, his experience with Etan was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, Etan came across as condescending and rushed. He spoke very fast, repeatedly brought up our budget, and made the interaction feel as though helping us was an inconvenience. The apartments are beautiful and expensive, the biggest problem is that there’s absolutely zero parking for guests, on the website it laughably suggest that you call and check ahead. so there is no parking for sporadic guests to visit. Maybe 30 spots for 1000 or more people
