I asked the staff if the area was any better, they stated it was far better than it used to be. That's all bs. The first day I came to check out the apartment, they didn't even allow me to look at it before signing the lease. Only AFTER I signed the lease and had the keys was I able to look at it. the apartment is extremely small. Do NOT let their smiles and the look of a clean apartment fool you. You do NOT want to live here. ROACHES!!!! I had read the reviews online that talked about roaches. But when we went to see the apartment, I brought it up with Andrew from the office and he assured me it wasn't a problem anymore since new management took over and if we ever saw anything, all we had to do was call and they'd come out and spray. scammers they take your money and give you nothing in return
My apartments balcony door frame has been leaking/rotting since I moved in 6 months ago. I'm listening to it rain in my living room right now actually. The bathroom ceiling has been leaking for 3 months, the light above my sink shorted out and burned the bulb, someone thought it would be a good idea to redo the front porch in the middle of winter but forgot to shovel or salt the back entry so it's an obstacle course to get in and out of the building.The enitre place is not taken care of for the price although the staff has b... read more

Ive lived at the maples for almost a year now and have never had any problems. The staff is always so nice and helpful. The layout of the apartment are great. Very spacious. One times my sink was clogged up, i let the office know and in 30 minutes they were up here fixing it. Overall quiet neighborhood now. Would highly recommend it.
The management is very helpful and always listened to me when I needed assistance. I especially appreciate they hold my UPS and FedEx deliveries for me. This helps me out and eases my mind that I am able to pick up my parcel and know they are safe. Thanks you for this.
Stealers!! Myself, my husband, and son applied and put $100 down payment on one of the apartments. We called and called no one would answer for us to find out if we got it or not and now they wont give us our money back!!
