Out of the many provo apartments we lived in as newly weds, this was by far the best! Heather was amazing to work with and incredibly responsive! We had a lot of little things come up with maintenance, and she had someone there THAT DAY to fix it! Hands down, the greatest maintenance crew I have seen. It was a great location as well. And she was super understanding. Unlike A LOT of landlords in Provo, she wasn’t out for your money. She was very honest and reliable. We loved it.
Terrible experience with the manager Heather Kelley. Whenever things broke down she sent people to do a quick fix and sometimes took MONTHS to fix stuff .
