An excellent establishment!! The owners and staff are very friendly and attentive. No freezers here so there is always something new on the menu that was locally grown or raised. This is also a great place for a mug of wood fired craft beer. They have a very affordable kids menu and the brick oven pizza never disappoints! I recommend ordering the vegetable burger with pesto mayo and a pint of Double Dirty Dick IPA. Cheers!

Had trout dinner and wife had white fish. Outstanding
I loved the grilled lake trout and surprisingly like the potato salad. (I'm very picky on my potato salad) The others with me also liked their meal. I'm not from the area so I put the address provided here which was Merril but the GPS didn't have that address. I think Hemmlock was the address the GPS gave. Not sure if facebook is wrong or my GPS,
Had the best BBQ beef sandwich last week and the best beef barley soup yesterday...love this place. Great job you guys!!!
Our favorite place to come eat! They know us by name and are always happy to see us! The food is amazing!!
Good food and beer made with wood fires. Pizza also in wood oven. Generous proportions and inexpensive. Casual décor in what appears to have been a auto repair building so lots of windows where doors would have been. Large dinning area.
Love the ambiance, the staff is friendly, and the food is excellent. Quality ingredients prepared thoughtfully really make a difference. Their house maple syrup is amazing - the smoky flavor really sets it apart. Next time I visit I'll sample their beers as well. The menu changes daily/seasonally, which also motivates me to keep coming back to try new dishes. This was the first of many, many visits. I found my new "spot"
It's always been fantastic! I like how they post the menu on Facebook...we can decide which day to go...or if a favorite thing has "2 left" (hurry!). So good!
