Amazing food and pretty good beer too! I have been here a few times now and haven't been let down. I will say though its a major draw back having to wait in line to order. Everytime I go I would like a second beer but a lot of times I don't get one because I refuse to wait in line again.
Had a wonderful meal there today----pork tacos with rhubarb salsa, smoky grilled potatoes and beets. For dessert, we tried the bread pudding with caramel maple sauce. The tacos and salsa were great, BUT the bread pudding was the BEST I have ever had!!!! Can't wait till our next outing there!
Visited on March 16th (6th visit in two months) and had the stout beef stew - - so tender and flavorful I was sure it was done in a pressure cooker (done overnight in the wood fired oven according to the chef - - awesome). And the BBQ pulled pork sandwich was incredible. This place has quickly become my regional favorite go-to place for the best in culinary delights (and it's good for you too). Well done Maple Grille. We'll be back -- sooner than later!
Every time I've been here it's has been excellent! It's a very unique place. Their beer is great and the food menu is different every time! I just wish I lived a little closer. One of these days I'll make it during warm weather and finallly get to sit outside.
Amazing farm- to- table, nose- to- tail fresh and local food prepared simply with wood fire...and a microbrewery as well, with a good seasonal selection of beers. Woodfired pizzas with a wide DIY assortment of toppings are always available for timid eaters. A couple of cozy baked desserts are on the menu each day. Informal atmosphere that is at once spacious and cozy. Well worth the drive to Hemlock.
Great atmosphere, great food, and delicious beer. Had the flat iron with roasted beets and it was perfect. Also...the steak was 2 steaks. Soooo, that was sweet. I also had head cheese for the first time. It was crazy good. We'll be back soon!
