My family and I moved because my fiancé just retired from the military in September 2020. We paid rent on time and made sure to clean before moving out. My fiancé did a walkthrough with maintenance and he told my fiancé that there would be minor charges for paint and carpet cleaning. I lived here 3 years ago. I gave them appropriate notice about moving out. Have a whole email from the management team giving me best wishes. Haven’t heard anything else from them. I get ready to buy a house and BOOM, there a huge bill from them on my credit that was just recently reported in June 2020 and I moved out in February 2017. I am not sure why there are any bad reviews. We have been speaking with Sina since around November or December about moving here. She has gone above and beyond to help us. I was super worried after signing the lease and then seeing all these reviews. We moved in on a Sunday but our a/c wasn't getting as cold as it should. I put in a maintenance request and he fixed it the very next morning! There are so many workers each day making sure the property is well taken care of. I have had a great experience moving from Florida plus not even seeing the apt. except for online! Sina is the Best leasing agent!! She was so helpful and was so efficient! It made my experience stress free!

traffic on 380 street was horrible no stop sign. Many deaths we to move out. I’m glad we did. Don’t move in.

Horrible office staff. Does not respond to emails. Maintenance never fix anything. I have a window leak since October and it’s still not fixed. There are logs of them coming in and out of my apartment unit but it’s still not fixed. My Apple Watch came up missing, i contacted the office and the manager never called back, emailed or apologized. Due to the high ceilings i can’t change the low battery detector that’s been beeping all morning, i called and they said it’s not an emergency so i will have to hear the beeping until t... read more

Me and my husband moved into Mansions 380 in May of 2017 when we moved from Georgia and needed a place quickly. Initially we rented here mainly because of the attached garage as the biggest incentive. Initial impressions were good; large pool, included gym, dog park, etc. Beginning in August of 2017 we were continuously disappointed with the property, management, and overall experience.
