So first of all you don’t stay in the mansion....you’re staying in this motel like extension they built off the back of the mansion 😥😥 they’re doing a LOT of renovations so last night the dining room and pub were closed and they were “going on the fly” in some room across from reception...we went out for Chinese instead...came back for co tails...no Pinot and a VERY limited bar....rooms are old...dated....and just shy of “go home it’s not clean” an underwhelming experience all around

Looking for the best hotel ? Look no further... They have the best clean rooms, staff and service. While you are there book the ballroom for your next event. Trust me you wont be sorry. I give this venue 20 stars :)

took the wife and kids here for a night get away I could of choosen and will now choose the Garden City hotel for now on for my quick weekend getaways from cock roaches in the room to broken glass in the closet where a child could get cut to the indoor hot tub empty and no safety around it so kids don't fall and crack there head to the bar suppose to be open fri-sun till 2 am but closed at 11:30pm or the restaurant that had one person being the bartender to waiter and took room service or the guest welcome book telling you i... read more

Hi I would like to let you know about our experience at the mansion on Friday night. When I called to make the reservation Shirley told me that the jacuzzi and hot tub were not working which was fine. Upon arriving we decided to go for a swim. We called from the phone to request towels because there were none. The person who answered the phone assured us they would bring them but nobody ever did. We had to run back to our room soaking wet.
