Customer service is good. Just wish the hairdresser would listen what I wanted. Hugely overpriced for a mediocre result.

Amanda is literally a hair magician. I've been seeing her for almost a year now and I love how great my hair looks after seeing her. Recently, I was having concerns that I was losing a lot of hair when I brushed. Amanda was so reassuring and gave me a treatment recommendation that was super easy to incorporate into my hair care routine. I'm so pleased that my hair is feeling thick and healthy again! I honestly can't recommend her enough.
Lucy is a wiz with colour. She’s the first colourist to give me exactly what I want. I don’t live in Toronto anymore but will make sure to come down to see Lucy. Can totally trust her with my hair.
I took a half day off work to book an appt for a haircut for myself and my 12 year old daughter and opted for a weekday as they didn’t have a sat with the individual I was seeing until March. My daughter was booked with a junior stylist at the same time. Today I received a call at noon (appt is at 4), to inform me that the junior stylist cannot accommodate my daughter as they cannot cut textured hair (she’s mixed) and that if I wanted she could instead see if the owner of the salon who could do it for a price of $200 +.
