Lived here and dealt with nonstop issues, all made worse by Maria Ulloa. Her attitude was consistently dismissive and unprofessional—from day one until long after we moved out. She has so much hate towards people, it is crazy, you can't even imagine after they get you to sign the contract, that's when the show begin. it doesn't feel like home or a luxury place. they will charge you for everything everything and anything.
