It was my first time with Halle yesterday and she was great! I wanted to add a little brightness to my hair and it turned out to be exactly what I wanted! I’ve had the same hair stylist for 8 years now and due to moving back to the Fresno area, I was in need of someone new. I’m so lucky that I found Halle! She is also very sweet and honest with you.
