If I could give no stars I would! Walked in with blonde hair with roots needing to be done! Asking for iceyblonde and a root touch! Not only did I cry in this lady's chair, she assured me she would fix it! The WHOLE TIME, i was concerned (told her repeatedly) because she did it totally different than anyone ever has! But shes the stylest not me, so i listened! Instead of bleaching I got *highlights* for my ROOTS* and she didnt dye the rest of my blonde, *gray iceyblonde* I got a lift? Thats it!
