The staff was pleasant during my visit, but the haircut and the handling of my complaint were very disappointing. Before the service, I showed clear reference photos and provided written instructions in English describing the layers, texture, movement, and shape I wanted. This is the haircut I walked out with I am so upset. I've done nothing but cry and she said it looked okay and that I needed to book another appointment if I wanted it fixed. 🤣 What do you think? No thanks!!!

I have gone to The Mane going on 7 years now. I remember walking in there with my stroller and my 1 month old, everyone was so excited and happy to see my little one. Jasmine has been my hair stylist since then. The atmosphere the salon its self and the employees are great. It’s such a comfy, warm environment. They say don’t cheat on your hair stylist and I know that’s right!! Jasmine is forever my girly same goes for The Mane, love you all!!
