I have had my hair cut here a few times and loved it. But had my hair colored and it was a nightmare. Only reason I gave three stars is because of the great service I received in the past and because the staff is very friendly, including the stylist, she was very kind but we were just on different pages about what I wanted. I received a refund with no questions asked and I was able to go somewhere else to have my hair fixed.
RecommendedCasey was so amazing I love when she does my hair I always feel fantastic and special when she does my hair as long as she is here I will be coming back !!!!

Seemed very unorganized and took four hours for simple highlight and root cover up. Smock was way too short and the sweater was bleached. The water was extremely hot as well as the blow dryer. Daughter said was the most painful experience at a hair salon ever
I’ve never left a review for a bad experience before but since my dameged hair is still breaking off two months later I have to warn everyone about this salon. I had a bad experience with a color and several hairstylist were there watching and wincing but said nothing and let me leave and then when I came back to have it fixed they all agreed it was awful and colored my hair so dark to “cover up “ the bad highlights and then re highlighted it . Jackie is my favorite hair stylist! I went to her during my college career at Baylor! I moved to Austin and cannot find another stylist who works as well as her. I drive back to Waco every month just to have my hair done by her!
