Management trust has been a wonderful property management company for our HOA. Somebody always answers the phone when you call and their after hours assistant is very efficient. Nescel and Laura Stevens are wonderful property managers. I cannot speak highly enough of their expertise and knowledge. They have saved us thousands of dollars by getting us quality Vendors. And being proactive on taking care of maintenance on our property before it becomes a problem.
I live in at the Glen LA community, managed by the Management Trust. I am very pleased with the services provided by our community manager Raymond Melero. He is a gem person, very prompt in his responses, get things done in no time. Any community will be lucky to have him! Thank you Raymond for everything you do for our community! Nitin
Laura and Necile at our office are efficient and very helpful. Reaching out to them either by a phone call or email always sparks a response within the hour. I have even contacted them outside of regular office hours about minor emergency issues and have heard back that the problem was being taken care of very quickly. Our neighborhood is well cared for by our Management Trust team.
I have found the members of the Management Trust Ventura office to be very responsive and willing to jump in in all aspects of HOA management.
