Alba greatly helped my house and I with dealing with parking in the Redington community! In the community, we are only allowed 1 permit per household to park on the street, but since we are a house of 4 college students, we needed a second parking permit. Dealing with the parking company on our own was very difficult and would've gotten no where, but Alba made sure we were able get a second permit swiftly. Absolutely atrocious. I live in MacArthur Village in Santa Ana California. They do not return calls. Multiple residents have sent email requests and photos re broken sidewalks, rotted wood beneath load bearing foot bridges, laundry rooms that are shut down for weeks at a time, porch lights that were out for 5 weeks. I’m one of the many residents who have sent emails on the above issues. Post a response if you’d like, it would be the only response I’ve ever received from your company.
