This group owns beautiful apartments and maintains the grounds well. The downside is everything is ran through computer systems when leasing which is great for a company that wants to be as hands off as possible but makes the renters feel disconnected. The staff appear friendly but there is no consistent training. The routine answer is that they have to ask. As a middle man a lot is out of the staff's control and it makes working with them a lengthy process.
I know experiences may vary but I had a pleasant visit with the staff here at TMG. They were so sweet and attentive! Everyone was very sweet to my little one and I and they worked on our issue swiftly with professionalism! When we leased from them in the past we thoroughly enjoyed our home and all that came with it! I recommended that if you do come here be patient and speak to them they will help you!
This group likes to take money from you from your deposit and claim they did the repairs. I just watched a video of our prior unit and the carpets were obviously cleaned not fully replaced as they said. Kinda sad that they are this money hungry.
