Just spoke with Dylan from TMC on the phone. I asked a simple question wondering if the landlord would be open to a multi-year lease at a slightly discounted rate from what was posted on Zillow. He was incredibly rude, asked why a landlord would ever do that and then told me I was rude after explaining to him why a landlord WOULD be open to it. He turned oddly hostile very quickly. Needless to say, I ended the call because it sounded like I was dealing with a petulant child.
Ever since I moved to LA have rented with them and I can say they are kind and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend. Monica and Dylan are always on top of things, very responsive. Would definitely recommend

Stopped by to see a property, while I did not go through with it staff was friendly and professional. They explain all rental criteria/info which was very helpful.
