Called about a property in Redondo Beach. Monica was very helpful and walked me through the process of everything I'd need to provide. Another nice thing is I was able to check the key out and check the place out on my own without any pressure.
You would think they were trying to NOT rent out their properties. The property I called about has been on the market for almost 4 months and the guy kept asking more and more questions until he found something that wouldn't work for the rental. Absolutely awful customer service. I feel fortunate after reading the other reviews that I do not have to deal with this company.
