I just had the most mind blowing in a bad way experience with this company. They made us drive 30 minutes to Manhattan beach to get keys to see a property in El Segundo and then wanted the keys back within an hour. One of the keys didn’t even work so we could not see one of the units. Monica told my husband that we could start the paperwork for one unit and see the other one once the locks were changed and that we could switch the deposit over if we liked the one we couldn’t see the first time. STAY AWAY. Supports & sides with racist tenants, has favorites in building allowing dogs or certain upgrades but not for everyone, especially the people with actual jobs/careers. Stuck at the moment because of world cost conditions but stay away - do not rent at 2202 Mathews Avenue as I’ve been now threatened and called an illegal immigrant that has gone unaddressed. Extraordinarily incompetent, hostile, and inflexible. Their infrastructure is from the previous century. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ripped us off for $300 with a bogus non-refundable application fee.
I have never reviewed anything in my life before but it feels wrong on my part to not warn other would be renters about the impressive lack of professionalism this company exhibits. Expect maintenance to be neglected to the point of being unsafe. When you bring a maintenance issue to their attention expect to be accused of causing the problem yourself.
