My husband and I had a private prenatal session with Tanis before our second was born and it was so worth it! Tanis is very passionate about what she shares/informs and all the information provided helped us both feel more ready, comfortable, and aware of what to expect this round. Tanis also personalizes the session so that you get specific answers to your questions/concerns/birth wishes/etc. I would highly recommend Tanis for your prenatal education. As a mama herself, she also has first hand experience which is a bonus.

Tanis helped us with sleep for our babe. Our babe was almost 5 months old, stuck in the 4 month sleep regression. Naps were 45 minutes long, night sleep was very interrupted and half in our bed. Tanis actually met us and our babe. She saw the sleep space and reviewed the sleep plan with us before giving it to us. The first night, following the steps Tanis gave us, our babe slept in her own room all night for 10 hours. I would highly recommend Tanis! I follow her on Instagram and Facebook where she posts lots of great information. I took her prenatal class and loved it. I’ve reached out to her with questions and always got a response with lots of information in return. She’s very passionate about her job in pre & post natal care :)
