I heard a real estate guy on the radio say " this is not amateur hour !" He was right! This team was incredible! They explained everything in legal terms and then broke it down to simple terms for me. As this market is so crazy it was nice to have their calm support. When we listed family and friends said you're asking too much, you're asking too little, but they said trust us and boy were they right on! Could not have been more pleased with the great job they did!
