Saw 2 elderly people fall in their skating rink of a parking lot! Terrible! Stay home and shop online!
There was no Mall manager on duty at 5 o'clock at night. No one to take cash for gift cards at the kiosk. Mall management left a bunch of children in charge of the Santa photo booth. The sign has advertised pet photos with Santa from 6 to 7 o'clock. When we arrived we were told that management changed the time to 7 o'clock. "Manager" told us that the changes on the website but she couldn't find it. Not worth the aggravation. The place is a dump.
The santa at the mall of NH was amazing! We will definitely look forward to taking our infant there every year going forward!
