I always get lost in this mall. The layout is confusing. My daughter was playing in the play area and there was poop in one of the tunnels. My friend and I blocked both ends to the tunnel and went and told a food court employee. The cleaning man came over and did not speak English he left to get supplies I would assume. Meanwhile kids kept trying to squeeze past my friend and I to get in it. I finally sent my daughter over to where there is sanitary wipes and had her bring them to me!! I ended up cleaning it myself. There should be more supervision in the play area. Older kids go in there on the weekends and run around not watching out for the younger plow them over. And there parents don't say anything not happy. They even pushed over my 5 year old grandson

Security is awful. Not enough bathrooms. The childrens play area should be enclosed to mute some of the screaming.
