Its a small mall... In New Hampshire. What do you expect? This is a tiny state with a crappy economy. You aren't going to get mall of America. Quit whining and be happy you have this. Its the best one we have.
It's pretty easy to get into it lots of police operating the lights there's lots of parking and there's everything in there you could want merry Christmas
Need more restrooms! Steaplegate mall which is failing miserably has more restrooms available. The security guard we asked was too busy with her friends. However, the Apple Store itself was 5 star service! Had us in and out in 10 minutes with a fixed working iPod. Independly the stores have great service the mall itself has a lot of work to do. Try finding people who actually want to work. Shouldn't be working customer service if you don't have good customer service skills.
