I have been a resident here for about 5 years now. Rosie, the manager, really prioritizes the cleanliness of the property. Gym area is always nice and clean as well! If I ever need to get a hold of her for any reason she is always available and responds within a timely manner. I recommend this property to anyone looking for peace and comfort!
I lived at The Malibu Apartments for a few years and honestly had a really good experience. The managers were always friendly, helpful, and easy to reach if something came up. Anytime I had a question or needed help, they were responsive and professional, which made living there really comfortable. I also wanted to mention that I saw a previous review talking about termites, and that honestly surprised me because during the entire time I lived there, I never saw any. Bad
Manager is nice until you sign the lease contract. Lived there 2010-2013 and location was the best part. The entire building has termites. Every year I would tell the manager about it and she always acted shocked as it was the first time she heard it. Her husband is always in your business. There is no point in having an exercise room and surveillance cameras in the room if he follows you to see what you’re up to. He also knew who visited me, and when I was gone or came back.
