Today’s date is: 09/06/2026 And based on my experience here’s why I’m writing this 1 star review A representative connected to Malakai Sparks and The Malakai Sparks Group showed up at my home distributing real estate flyers even though a No Soliciting sign was clearly displayed. Disregarding posted signs like that feels intrusive and unprofessional. This single interaction left me with a poor view of their marketing approach, and I would not choose to work with them.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Recently (the last few months of this year 2026) someone from Malakai Sparks / The Malakai Sparks Group came to my door handing out real estate ads and ignored the clearly posted “No Soliciting” sign and gate. I find this disrespectful of private property and the signs people put up for a reason. It left a negative impression of how they approach potential clients. I would not recommend dealing with them based on this experience.

Received yet another unsolicited real estate advertisement from Malakai Sparks today, September 3. I have never requested or signed up for these mailings, and repeatedly receiving them is frustrating. I understand advertising is part of the real estate business, but continuing to send unwanted advertisements to residents who never asked for them feels inconsiderate. I hope Malakai Sparks will respect residents’ preferences and reconsider this approach to advertising.

Today’s date is Thursday September 3 (09/03/2026). I just received another ad from this business on my property. I never signed up to receive these letter advertisements from Malakai. I am incredibly disappointed for the lack of respect that Malakai Sparks has for the residents in his community and in Huntington Beach.
