Cannot say enough good things about the Majestic at Baldwin Park. Units have beautiful high ceilings, location is excellent, maintenance is friendly and accommodates any issues quickly. Joy, the leasing agent, was always warm and friendly. She was very flexible with some requests I had and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Wish I could stay longer. If you’re looking for an apartment in the Winter Park/Baldwin Park area, definitely check out the Majestic.

Just finishing up a two year stay here to move cities. Great place to live. Location a plus and apartment very nice. Most of all, Joi in the leasing office was great - very responsive, courteous and always available! If ever come back will think of Majestic.

I lived in this apartment for two years, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, the unit was infested with bugs—primarily silverfish, but also ants and spiders. Despite being exceptionally clean (vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning daily), the bug problem persisted and made daily living incredibly uncomfortable. I have lived here going on 4 years. Love the location and convenience. Joi, who is in the leasing office is amazing. She truly cares about the tenants and treats everyone with respect and kindness. She goes out of her way to make sure that your issues are addressed and resolved.
