I’ve been here for over a year now and let me tell you.. we’ve been through some management and maintenance changes, but who we have now is the reason I’ve decided to renew my lease. Eduardo and Joi are an absolute pleasure to work with. They exceed my expectations and go above and beyond. I’ve absolutely enjoyed my time living here. New broad street is such a good family atmosphere. The location is unmatched. The management at the Majestic I cannot speak anymore highly of. Especially Eduardo. Anything you need help with he is in the ball with. Timely responses, and always eager to help. As for the maintenance team they’re absolutely phenomenal. I have lived here for almost a year and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It is the perfect location for young professionals or students. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I recently went through the process of transferring units on the property and Eduardo in the leasing office has consistently gone above and beyond to help me, even though he has been the only person working in the leasing office. He has been always been attentive and responsive to any issues and willing to help quickly no matter how busy!
