Annoyed I got into some hairy ice pot holes Macy's facing maine turnpike side tonight. Yet another reason to avoid this run down poorly managed retail slum lord complex
It's too bad that management's priorities are so skewed. Their concerns are in all the wrong places and it is disheartening for those of us who strive to be a part of a better establishment.
Regarding today’s fire drill, why is it that Macy’s does not have a connected alarm system to the whole of the mall? I could not hear anything that whole time. Poor response time, but other employees were good about telling us to evacuate ASAP. Shout out to the woman at Yankee Candle who gave us info.
Was at old navy in south Portland today their staff was so very rude , asked for help and got ignored not once but twice so I put all my stuff down and started to walk out and only when I put my things down was the man going to help me never ever will I step foot in that old navy to spend a dime thanks for the awful experience!
Have always had a positive experience at the Mall. The carousel operators have always been very nice and respectful. The parking is my only problem at the mall.
Trucks are now being restricted from parking in their lot. Even though EVERY item in the mall was transported to them in a truck at some point of it's journey.
They had a costume convention this. They all looked great. Entertaining too. Loved it.
I was disappointed in the food court,not much to choose from.
