Shopping carts for the elderly and handicapped.
Their policy does not allow Emotional Support Animals on their premises. Even when ESA are not considered service animals by law, they still render a service. Their "Security department" tend to be abnoxious and pompus about the enforcement of the policy, when I have seen in the past, regular pets walking around the mall that are not registered ESAs or Service animals for that matter. Be aware of the fact that if you have an ESA you may have a bad experience in dealing with their security department.

Too many stores leaving and lots of complaints by employees about the management staff. Parking lot is a hot mess.
Everything!!! I had brought my Service Dog In Training here and they told me I had to leave and put it in the car !!! First off I was in line getting food and my kids had her and she was laying down not making a peep !!!! Anyway they approached my kids and told my kids they had to leave and put it in the car and my kids told them that their parents where in line getting food and she was rude and told them to leave right then !! So I will not recommend anyone who has service dogs to go to the Maine Mall !! They need to learn ... read more
I was at the mall with my mother we stoped at one of the cosmetic booth called New Skin! amazing people with an amazing costumer service! I recommend this booth we got a nice treatment and the girl that treated my mother was amazing as well the staff! Thank you for the most amazing experience!
